Details on payments
Payments are to be made through DBS/POSB/OCBC/UOB ATM transfer or DBS/POSB/OCBC/UOB i-banking within 24 hours upon receiving our invoice.
Payment via POSB/DBS ATM transfer can be done at any ATM machine.
Payment via deposit of cash into our POSB account can be done by visiting any POSB/DBS bank branch and depositing cash over the counter into our account, do ask for our account holders’ full name (required) if you are going to make payment this way.
POSB/DBS ATM transfer or i-banking is our preferred mode of payment.
We do not accept inter bank transfers.

After payment, kindly reply to our email invoice with your payment details. Please do not reply in a separate email as this will slow down our checking process.

No meets ups.
Prices are not inclusive of normal postage fees unless otherwise stated.
Normal mail / Registered mail only.
Do note that $1.50 - $4 (depending on weight) have to be added for normal postage.
Add an additional $2.50 on top of normal postage for registered mail.
*NOTE* strongly encouraged as we are not responsible for lost mail
Items will be mailed out within 3 working days of receiving payment, after which it typically takes 3 days to reach you. However, there could be delays from Singpost, which we are unable to account for.
Please do note that a return address will be written at the back of every parcel we send out.
Kindly take note that we will not be held responsible if items get damaged in the mail. But we will ensure that the item leaves us nicely packaged, free of damage and as safe as possible.
Choosing between registered mail and normal mail
1. Service
There is no way of tracking lost normal mail, but we will still email the post office on your behalf.
Registered articles have a serial number on it so we can check on status of item.
2. Duration
Normal mail typically takes about 2 days to reach you upon us sending out.
Registered mail typically takes 3-4 working days to reach you.
3. Cost
Normal mail (within Singapore) for a single piece of clothing costs $1.50.
Every additional piece of clothing is $0.50 extra.
Registered mail costs an additional $2.50 on top of normal mail.
4. Collection method:
Normal mail gets sent straight to your mailbox.
Registered mail will be sent to your doorstep and someone has to sign a receipt for the package. If no one is home at point of delivery, they will leave a receipt for collection of article at the nearest post office to your place. If article is not collected within a week or two, it gets sent back to sender.
Overseas Delivery
Postage costs depends on weight of item and country sent to. Kindly enquire with us and we will check the costs before getting back to you.
We accept Paypal for international buyers only.
All overseas item will only be sent by registered postage so as to prevent lost mails.

You may not reproduce or exploit, in whole or in part, any of the contents of this website. Please seek our permission before using them.
Do not alter our images in anyway. Please respect us and our work.
If you have obtained our permission to use an/some images, please take the time to save the image(s) to your computer and upload to your own photo hosting account. Directly linking to our images is considered bandwidth theft and we will not hesitate to take necessary action.
